The Leauses is a beautiful Victorian guesthouse, boasting many period features with a modern twist.
The Leauses is situated in Cirencester, the 'Heart of the Cotswolds', and offers five spacious en–suite guest rooms for non-smokers. A garden and a secure car park with electronic access can be found at the rear of the property. The Leauses is the perfect base, whether exploring the Cotswolds or simply relaxing. Close to Cirencester town centre, and all its attractions. A short drive takes you to the Cotswold Water Parks, and surrounding villages. Cheltenham, Tetbury, Bath, Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold, Stratford upon Avon and Warwick are just some of the places of interest within a 1hr drive.
We now also have a holiday cottage, which has just been awarded 5 star status. Built and furnished to a very high standard the holiday cottage is situated at the rear of the guest house with its own street access. The cottage has 2 spacious bedrooms(1 double and 1 twin), a large bathroom with seperate bath and shower. Lounge with bed settee, flatscreen lcd, sky tv, dvd player and playstation 2. Downstairs toilet and laundry with washer and dryer, and large fully equipped kitchen/dinner with access onto the garden, where there is table, chairs and bbq.
The cottage has parking and storage for bikes etc, but please note we only accept bookings for a minimum of 5 days from 1st March to 1st November.

Draw 1 Charity The LINC centre Cheltenham
The Leukaemia and Intensive Chemotherapy Fund works to improve the care of patients receiving intensive chemotherapy at Cheltenham General Hospital. It purchases new equipment as required and offers financial help to families during long hospital stays. The ultimate aim is to develop a gold star blood cancer unit so that the treatment on offer is second to none
So far we have donated £1800 to the LINC centre and £1730 to the Meningitis Trust.
